Paddington House of Pancakes, 1 Utama (Revisit)

Did I say I love pancakes?

Here it is again.

Now this one I can’t remember the name of the dish, but I think it’s a pannekok. However it looked pretty much like a crepe to me.

pannekok 2

With two huge scoops of ice creams (flavour of your choice) carefully placed inside the hot crepe, topped with whipped cream and cranberry sauce and sided with apple fritters, fresh strawberries and raisins.

pannekok 3
Ice creams size of a fist each inside.

This is a dish big enough for two. Big enough to make you full.

I couldn’t finish it, but it’s gooooood. Priced at RM18.50, which is very reasonable seeing that my favourite treasure box is RM17.

At times like these, I'm both grateful and regretful I don't live in KL. Grateful because it's easier to stick to a diet away from such delicious temptations and regretful because foods like that are well worth breaking diets for, LOL ;P

that's very conflicting isn't it? LOL

It sounds conflicting but it's the truth ;P I love eating certain types of food, especially if it's something I can't get elsewhere and it looks very good (like in your photos!). I rarely feel guilty about breaking diet vows to eat these foods even if I know it means that it sets me further from my weight loss goals. Which may explain why my weight has stayed unchanged for over a year, LOL :D

Nicole,
I'm a fan of Paddington HOP too! I did a review of it recently as well so probably you could check it out so that you could try new things next time :) http://iamthewitch2.blogspot.com/2008/02/paddington-house-of-pancakes-flips-my.html
