Chocolate Fondant at Mid Valley

Ever since watching the manga (comic) "Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle" drawn by Clamps, who also drew the famous Card Captor Sakura, X, Chobits, Clover...etc, I have always wanted to eat Chocolate Fondant.

There's this scene where Sakura serves some fondants with the wizard in a virtual game world to Syaoran and her friends in the cafe they run, and Sakura was wearing this french maid outfit (so cute!).

The fondant is described to be oozing with chocolate once popped through and it's pipping hot from the oven, best served with ice-creams.

It just made my drool~

then I saw this stall in Mid Valley selling it!! for RM4.50! Yay!!!

Fondant is a French bakery which was brought in by the Japanese and introduced into Asia. What is not brought in by those Japanese anyway, they're such geniuses in running business.

When I cut the cake with my spoon, it didn't break as easily as expected and the inside didn't ooze out as expected either.

I guess this is what you get from a commercialized outlet. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my RM4.50 chocolate fondant for the first time. :D

Here's a video on how to make your very own chocolate fondant (also known as lava cake).
