Open for Ideas

What do you do when you ran out of motivation to get going in the gym?

I mean I probably has the least determination person in the world. Usually it takes me 3 days to really gather myself to actually press the lift in my jogging shoes to hit the gym.

And it will take me another 3 gym trips to make me stay in gym for more than 10 minutes.

And the cycle goes.

I mean, gym is more boring. Why can't disco be a way to work out? Why??? Can it not?

BTW, I'm heading out to Zouk tonight. And I still have one assignment to finish. Damnit...

I'm open for ideas? Anyone share with me? Plss~~~

Here is a million dollar idea;
Turn your home into gym then. Start by running instead of walking in the house. Also shift chairs/tables around few times daily :P

Disco for fun ok lah. But as workout? Check the nett benefit...offset the calories burnt with 2nd smoke inhaled and alcohol consumed...i think better keep the calories.

I agreed with whisperingshout's comment. U can dance all you want for health and exercise benefits but not in disco. Look into calculated risks. If u happens to enjoy companionship while dancing, organize a home party.
Turning your home into a gym? Maybe a room will do. Fix the AC n ur equipments not forgeting a TV set or a mini Hifi, whichever suit u best.

i beg to differ.

alcohol kills germs, 2nd hand smoke weeds out the weak lung cells so other stronger ones can grow. and dancing is cardio.

what's bad about any of that?

PS: nothing motivates more than a "friendly" bet. Nothing moves till something's at stake.
